7 Signs He Isn’t The Right Guy For You

Just because someone seems good on paper does not always mean they are right for you. The truth is, there’s a difference between finding a good guy and finding someone you’re compatible with.

So what are the signs that he is not the right guy for you? See below:

1. You want to change things about him

One red flag that shows you’re incompatible is if you have a whole list of things you wish you could change about him. This means that deep down, you’re not satisfied with who he is and it may be a better use of your time to find someone who is already what you want.

2. You don’t trust him

He hasn’t done anything to hurt you but you already have issues trusting him. This could be a sign you’re in the wrong relationship.

3. You’re not yourself around him

Another sign you and your partner are incompatible is when you cannot be yourself around each other. Perhaps there’s something about your perception of him that’s making you pretentious. Whatever the case, if you are not completely comfortable around your partner, something is fundamentally wrong with your connection.

4. You don’t respect each other

A relationship is based on mutual respect. It shows that you value each other. If, however, you put him down when he talks, or he criticizes everything you do, then this isn’t a good sign.

5. There’s no attraction

You may like someone, even respect them, but you’re just not attracted to them. If this attraction is lacking, you may be good as friends but a romantic relationship will be difficult to achieve.

6. Others point it out

Sure, you shouldn’t always listen to people’s opinion when it comes to matters of the heart. But if most of your friends and loved ones have raised concerns about whether or not you should be with him, you must give this some consideration.

7. You feel it

Never ignore your gut. If something keeps telling you that you and your partner are not well-suited for each other, even though the relationship sounds good on paper, then you should listen.
